That’s why every Lucinn Showerhead comes with two powerful guarantees:
Try Lucinn for 60 days. If it’s not the best shower you’ve ever had, send it back for a full refund. Used or unused — no questions asked. If your package arrives damaged or something’s not right, just email us a photo. We’ll fix it right away. No stress, no hassle.
As long as your Lucinn Replacement Subscription is active, your showerhead is covered for life. If it breaks, or stops working from everyday use, we’ll replace it — including the filter. Just let us know and we’ll send you a new one.
Email us at contact@lucinnhomekitchenshop.com with a photo or your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.
Lucinn isn’t just a showerhead. It’s a commitment to better water and a better shower — backed by real people who care.
Is the lifetime coverage automatic?
Coverage applies while your Lucinn Replacement Subscription is active. If you need help confirming your subscription status, contact support.
What if I used the showerhead for years?
We’ll still support you for issues that come from normal use — just reach out and we’ll assess the best solution.
60-Day Risk-Free Trial
If you’re not happy within 60 days, return for a full refund — used or unused.
